Like the Fig (my favourite late-summer fruit), which is actually an inwardly blossoming flower - we too will take that attention inwards, into our garden, and Find our Inner Glow.


There’s a quiet intelligence that lives inside all of us — a rhythm that knows when to rest, when to move, when to eat, and when to simply breathe.

Over time, it can become muffled by routine, stress, striving, or just being busy.
But it never leaves — it only waits to be remembered, waiting be heard.

FIG is an experience that guides you back to that inner knowing.

Through the lens of Ayurveda, we explore this by approaching the root of our health, our digestion, not as a problem to fix, but as a conversation to deepen — with food, with nature, with yourself.

Week 1 – Agni Care
Reconnect with the body’s inner fire.
Begin to notice cause and effect, and how small choices shape how you feel.

Week 2 – Nourishment
Cook and eat with intention.
Rebuild trust with food and feel what true nourishment feels like.

Week 3 – Kitchari Refresh
Simplify.
Allow the body to rest, reset, and remember balance through specific cleansing Ayurvedic recipes and nature-aligned rhythm.

Week 4 – Knowing Your Nature
Discover your natural constitution and the qualities that guide you.
Integrate what you’ve learned — and release what no longer serves - tune your GPS to navigate your health journey from here onwards.
