FIG is a 4-week program to reset your digestion and build daily habits for vibrant health—supported by community and guided step by step.
We meet in person once a week. Each week you’ll learn key principles to understand your body, support digestion through meals, experience a gentle digestive reset, and develop the confidence to make future choices that keep your health growing.
You’ll also join our WhatsApp community, where you can share wins, ask questions, and receive guidance from an Ayurvedic Consultant, Kosta Gee.
FIG is in reference to the fruit.
An inwardly blossoming flower.
In this program, we too will create that radiance, from the inside-out.
If you’ve tried “eating healthy” but still feel bloated, heavy, tired, or unfocused, you might be missing the root: "Agni"—your digestive fire.

Common Questions
Q: Is it strict or difficult?
A: No. FIG is designed to support, not restrict. You’ll learn simple shifts, not rules.
Q: Do I need experience with Ayurveda?
A: Not at all — everything is explained clearly and practiced together.
Q: What if I miss a week?
A: Notes and guidance are shared in the WhatsApp group, so you can stay on track.
Q: Do I have to be vegetarian or vegan?
A: No, you don't, but we offer guidelines that can support your health using Ayurvedic principles.
Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
No. We focus on adding supportive meals and habits; your palate and routine will naturally evolve. As we develop clarity and connection we can find how to make those foods more supportive.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
