Kosta’s Kitchen provides Ayurvedic Health Consultations in 3 formats, these include:

Initial Health Consultation - In-Person or Remote 1-on-1.
Discovery Session – conducted via Google Meet.
Follow-up Health Consultation: either 45 or 60 minutes depending on client's needs.

Subscriptions are billed on booking via Stripe, or paid directly in-person.
Pricing options:
- Initial Consultation: $179, including tax
- Private Classes: $108/140 for 45 minute or 60 minute respectively, including tax
- Discovery Session: $39
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Local clients may pay in cash or bank transfer upon request.
No additional fees.
Payment Period: Credit card payments are processed immediately; bank transfers must be completed within 3 days of order.

Cancellations:
- Customer's are required to provide 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided, as all sessions are live. However, refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:
- Billing errors
- Unexpected cancellations by Kosta’s Kitchen
- Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for processing payments and providing services.
We do not share or sell customer data.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, cash or bank transfer.
