2. Description of Services
Kosta’s Kitchen provides weekly Ayurvedic health classes through a subscription-based model. These classes include:
- In-Person Classes – Group or Private, available at select locations.
- Online Sessions – conducted via Google Meet.
- Subscription Model: Monthly recurring payments grant access to scheduled live sessions, four (4) x 1-hour classes per month.
3. Pricing & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, or paid directly in-person.
- Pricing options:
- Group Classes: [$197 per month, including tax ]
- Private Classes: [$597 per month, including tax]
- For workshops, prices vary depending on content and materials required. From $40 including tax.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Local clients may pay in cash or bank transfer upon request.
- No additional fees.
- Payment Period: Credit card payments are processed immediately; bank transfers must be completed within 3 days of order.
4. Delivery of Services
- Live Sessions: Held in person or via Google Meet after successful payment.
- No recordings are provided at this time.
- Subscribers receive an email with class details and schedule upon successful payment.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing [email protected] or through Stripe.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- There are no refunds for unused sessions in an active billing cycle.
- Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided, as all sessions are live and the subscription is a monthly commitment. However, refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:- Billing errors

- Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
